Please note, ClearMD is out-of-network for all lab services. We offer competitive cash pricing when utilizing our in-house laboratory, which ensures some of the fastest turnaround times in NYC. If you prefer to use insurance, your specimen will be routed to our partner laboratory (Quest Diagnostics) which will bill separately; the turnaround time for these results cannot be guaranteed.
Our offices are open Monday-Friday from 8AM to 7PM.
All appointment types can be rescheduled with no penalty charge or fee. Rescheduling must occur prior to the appointment. You must reschedule through the confirmation email that you received when you booked the appointment.
Ensuring that patients receive their results in a timely manner is of the utmost importance at ClearMD. If your results are late, you are entitled to a full refund. To request a refund, send an email to customerservice@clearmdhealth.com with your name, type of test, appointment time and date and the reason for the refund.
